| Research Following an initial briefing meeting with the client, the first step on any project is to look at the desired outcomes. So first of all IE looks at the potential benefits to children, teachers and the sponsoring organisation. Next IE discusses ideas with teachers to confirm the need for a strategy or resource. This can be achieved by speaking to individual teachers, support staff, learning mentors, education experts or to groups of teachers.
