The file is a 'zip' file and a programme which will extract all the individual files from the zip file will need to be installed on the target computer. There are many programs which will extract files from a zip archive. If you do not have one installed please click one of the links below and follow the installation instructions provided on the appropriate site. Most of these products are free, fully functional trial software.

To ensure you download the zip file to your harddrive so you can then extract the files using your chosen extraction programme please do the following:-

  • In Internet Explorer: Right click on the zip file you wish to retrieve and select "Save Target as" from the menu
  • In Netscape: Right click on the zip file you wish to retrieve and select "Save Link as" from the menu

(NB If you are using a Mac you will need to click and hold down the mouse button or hold down the Control button on your keyboard while clicking on the link.)

Make a note of where you save the zip file and then use your chosen extraction programme to extract the files. Once all the files have been extracted you should run the html file to view the clickable map. This will be called 'video_guide_high.htm' or 'video_guide_low.htm' depending on which version you downloaded. Double-click the appropriate file and it should open in your default browser. Alternatively you could open your browser programme, select file/open from the menu and navigate to your downloaded files.
